All class participants must be covered by PhotoAccess membership. If you are not a current member, you must sign up at the time of enrolment at the discounted concession rate of $35. Please note that kids participating in our school holiday programs do not have to be members of PhotoAccess.
Additional courses may run if demand is high, so if you miss out on a place in one of our workshops or courses, don’t hesitate to call or email us for future bookings.
All courses are held at PhotoAccess, Manuka Arts Centre, 30 Manuka Circle, Griffith, ACT, unless otherwise specified.
Parking is located behind the Manuka Arts Centre, adjacent Manuka Pool, or opposite the Manuka Arts Centre (bordering Telopea Park). Disabled parking is located at the front entrance to the Manuka Arts Centre. Kingston and Manuka Shops are a short walk to PhotoAccess.
As a not-for-profit, our financial margins are narrow and classes require a minimum number of participants to run. In the event that PhotoAccess cancels a workshop, refunds will be paid in full or a transfer allowed free of charge. If a class is postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule at a time convenient to enrolled participants.
PhotoAccess will happily refund or transfer workshop fees up to 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, PhotoAccess can offer a partial refund. Alternatively, enrolment can transfer to another workshop plus a $50 transfer fee. If less than 48 hours are given, no refunds or transfers can be given.
Please note that memberships purchased in conjunction with a workshop enrolment are non-refundable.
Some photographic chemicals are hazardous. PhotoAccess ensures the safe handling and disposal of all chemicals and we teach and encourage best practice in WH&S procedures. People with health concerns including allergies, chemical sensitivity, pregnancy and accessibility requirements should notify PhotoAccess at the time of enrolment. Pregnant women are advised to seek medical advice before using the PhotoAccess facilities.
