‘Exposure’ is the culmination of ten Canberra region artists’ ten months journey of personal discovery, skills acquisition and creative development as practicing photographers.
Developed through a PhotoAccess studio workshop led by Hilary Wardhaugh, Exposure showcases works varying widely in subject matter, technique and presentation. Each artist’s contribution incorporates in some way sources of inspiration, crises of confidence and processes of exploring personal stories, reflecting their experience of finding their artistic vision.
Exposure features works by: Tony Boston, Mitch Crosbie, Jenny Dettrick, Gemma Hoyle Farrell, Fiona Bowring-Greer, Tahnee Marie McElligott, Yvette Perine, Luke Power, Amanda Pratt and Virginia Walsh and has been curated by Hilary Wardhaugh.
Exposure will be opened by Lori Cicchini, AAP M.Photog. The exhibition finishes on Saturday 2 November 2019.
