Calling all budding animation artists!
Join award winning animator duo Eleanor and Giovanni for a two day workshop learning how to create your own stop motion films!
Over the course of two day you will be taught from scratch how to animate characters made from plasticine using your own smartphone camera. Eleanor and Giovanni are masters at stop motion animation and will reveal all technical know-how on how to make amazing animations. Upon completion of this workshop the budding animators will have a new skill set to start producing their own amazing and quirky claymation productions.

PhotoAccess is committed to following the current ACT Government health restrictions to ensure we all remain COVID safe. This workshop is limited to 8 students to allow social distancing within our indoor teaching space (1 person per 4 square metres). We’ll fully sanitise cameras, equipment and facilities before and regularly during the workshop. We reserve the right to change the format of this workshop at any time, to reflect current restrictions and regulations, and to refuse any person participation in the workshop if they are or appear unwell or do not observe public health measures. We’ll let you know promptly of any changes to the workshop program.
Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th April, 2021
9am to 4pm both days.
Suitable for kids 9 to 13 years old.
Both days of the workshop will take place at PhotoAccess at the Manuka Arts Centre in Griffith. Please note that drop off is from 9:00am only and pickup is at 4pm sharp.
Enrolments for this workshop close at Midday on Friday the 9th April. PhotoAccess reserves the right to cancel the workshop if there are insufficient enrolments. If we have to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund. For late enrolments, email us at [email protected]
PhotoAccess will happily refund or transfer workshop fees up to 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop. If less than 7 days notice is given PhotoAccess will transfer fees to another workshop but will charge a transfer fee of either 25% of the workshop cost or $50, whichever is less. No refunds or transfers can be given once a workshop has started. Please see Terms and Conditions for further details.
