Learn everything you need to know about getting your digital camera off automatic mode and take your photography to the next level!
In this hands-on practical workshop, you will gain a practical understanding of your camera’s functions – aperture, shutter speed and ISO – together with manual focus techniques and the basics of creative composition. The last session will focus on introducing editing software: Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Lightroom. You’ll apply the learned techniques and newly established skills and will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain feedback, all under the guidance of experienced photographer and tutor, Rory Gillen.
This workshop is for absolute beginners with a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras or mirror-less cameras (with interchangeable lens) wishing to gain an understanding of the basic principles of digital photography.
