PhotoAccess will be holding its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 5.30pm on Wednesday 24 May.All Members are invited to participate. .

1. Acknowledgement of Country
2. Attendance
3. Apologies
4. Confirm the Minutes of the 2022 AGM
5. Receive and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, including the balance sheet and net profit or loss for the financial year and the auditor’s report
6. Receive the Director’s report on and note principal activities during 2022
7. Receive the Chair’s report on Board activities during 2022
8. Conduct an election for a board of between seven and 10 members, including Chair, Deputy Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and three to six ordinary members
