PhotoAccess is seeking a well organised, experienced and confident Director, who will be responsible for successfully managing PhotoAccess and the Manuka Arts Centre.
The Director must have excellent communication, leadership and management skills, a vocation for customer service, and a desire to achieve a high standard of work. The Director must be proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic and time management skills and be able to work efficiently within a small team and ever-changing cooperative environment. The position would suit someone with an interest in photography and the arts and demonstrated experience managing a small business or community organisation, preferably within an arts sector funding environment.
