This is the third opportunity this year for members to exhibit their work tin the HUW DAVIES GALLERY. It's the show when you come in with your work and claim your own special piece of wall space. We give you the mounts and you put it up. There are a few rules to make this work for us and for you, but it's pretty easy and we encourage everyone who is a PhotoAccess member to enter.

ONLINE ENTRIES AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 10AM TUESDAY 31 AUGUST. There is no subject restriction but there are size and number limits. Email Barbie at barbie@photoaccess.org.au if you have questions. We think we've made the conditions clear but don't hesitate if you need to check something once you've read the rules.

Please take care when entering your information as we will be using this for the catalogue. Please capitalise names correctly and proof read your information.

Terms and Conditions

1. Either
Up to 5 works may be entered. Each work may be no more than 420mm wide. (paper size)
OR one panorama may be entered with a length no more than 1500mm (paper size)
Larger works will not be allowed.

2. Online entries are due by 10am Tuesday 31 August. Only members of PhotoAccess may enter. There will be a $20 concessional membership available to people wishing to participate – membership and entry fee to be processed by 10am Tuesday 31 August. Late entries may be considered but will not be included in the catalogue.

3. There is no subject restriction. We encourage artists to present new work, i.e. taken in the last 2 years and not previously shown in a gallery in Canberra.

4. We reserve the right not to accept work deemed unsuitable for a public community gallery.

5. Work must be hung by the photographer or his/her agent on Tuesday 31 August or Wednesday 1 September. We will open until 7pm on Wednesday 1 September. Each work should be named on the back.

6. Work must be on paper, unframed and unmounted.

7. We will supply the acid free mounts for putting work up.

8. The entry fee is $10 per image or $30 for a panorama (bargain!).

9. The opening will take place on Sunday 5 September at 12 noon.

10. Images can be offered for sale; PhotoAccess takes 25% commission on sales. While we will take all possible care of your work, PhotoAccess cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to work submitted.

11. Unsold work can be collected from 21 September during our business hours and must be collected by 30 September.
