'My Story, My Voice' digital storytelling project enrolment form

PhotoAccess, Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) Yurauna Centre, CIT Photography Department and Gen S Stories are partnering on the Digital Storytelling project My Story, My Voice, providing a free digital storytelling course for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Canberra (focusing on attracting people who have experienced barriers to learning). The project will provide professional support for up to ten people to each make a 3-5 minute film about a personal story. This project provides pathways to vocational education and training. Digital storytelling offers community-based learning in media production: storytelling, creative thinking, script-writing, voice-over recording, filmmaking, story-boarding and photography. The course participants will work with an experienced team of artists (an Artistic Director, a photographer and a filmmaker) through a process that is professional, respectful and culturally appropriate. Further information available here.

If you are interested in participating in the project, please complete the below enrolment form.
